Since a young child, Lara has always wanted to help those around her. Lara’s tertiary education started with her studying  an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology because she always wanted to be of service.This interest and desire led to her studying various healing modalities over the last 25 years, while working in corporates. It was finally in 2022 that Lara left her 20 year career in financial services to open her healing practice: My Life in Alignment.

It is Lara’s unique blend of empathy, experience and qualifications that draw clients to her to help them progress, transform and heal. Lara focusses on using Life Alignment TM and Soul Plan TM to assist clients to shift blockages for themselves as individuals, in their homes and in their businesses.

Soul Plan TM gives guidance and confirmation on the bigger picture that we experience and desire.  

Soul Plan TM Readings involve an analysis of a clients name to identify aspects of their lives and how to live in alignment with their Soul Destiny. The readings can be done for individuals, Business names, married name changes, potential baby names, and can include relationship readings between partners. The information contained in a reading is useful to people as it provides documented and intuitive information on ones goals, talents, challenges and Soul Destiny, and provides similar information regarding the success of a business based on its name. A Life Alignment TM balance is conducted using the Life Alignment TM system by an accredited practitioner, and can be done online via Zoom or in-person. Life Alignment has been used all over the world for over 30 years, and a balance  involves identifying a priority body point and any associated emotions in order to release the blockage that we may experience as a physical symptom, a difficult situation or an emotional imbalance. After a balance clients report relief from symptoms, a sense of peace, and an improved sense of wellbeing. Balances can also be conducted on  businesses and homes in order to increase the flow of energy and improve wellbeing in the home or the business.
