Kind Life Plant-Based Cooking Lessons

Plant based cooking classes:
Plant-based or plant-forward eating patterns focus on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans. It doesn’t mean that you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat or dairy. Rather, you are proportionately choosing more of your foods from plant sources.
I believe it’s important to guide awareness towards a kinder future and a greener planet for all.

I like to share my knowledge and love for cooking, by hosting the Kind Life Cooking classes.
It’s a 3 hour class – I’ll be cooking and demonstrating, while you watch, and enjoying the food.
